Logistics Delivery Service
Colour Signs provides complimentary standard shipping on orders over $200.
The shipping cost will be calculated according to the type of service selected by the customer, the destination, and the weight of the package. The customer can view and confirm the cost at the time of settlement.
Please be mindful of all taxes and customs charges, we cannot take any responsibility for these charges incurred on the arrival of your parcel.
It normally takes 1-10 business days for us to process your order.
Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Delivery Destinations & Time
We support delivery to the following regions:
- North America: United States (excluding remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, and non-contiguous U.S. territories like Puerto Rico and Guam), Canada.
- United Kingdom (excluding Jersey, Guernsey, and UK overseas territories and offshore islands)
- European Union (excluding affiliated islands and overseas territories )
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Customers are required to provide accurate delivery addresses to avoid delays or package loss.
Shipment normally takes 7-21 business days to arrive but can take up to 22-30 business days around busier periods such as holidays etc. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Package Tracking
We will provide package tracking numbers, and customers can track the status of their packages on the https://m.17track.net website.
Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
When it comes to returning or exchanging items we ask for you to cover the cost of return shipping and include your name, order number, and reason for exchange or return. Please email us first at print@coloursigns.com.au so we know what to send back to you.
Once we have received the items, they will be inspected and you will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund has been approved, credit will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment.
